Andy Garcia will reprise his role as businessman and casino owner Terry Benedict in the new installment of the “Ocean’s” franchise.

Expectations are that Terry will be involved in some scheme to disrupt the team of criminals led by George Clooney, although nothing can be confirmed yet.

In “Ocean’s Thirteen”, Andy Garcia’s character even started out as an ally but later betrayed Danny Ocean, played by Clooney.

George Clooney has been very active in promoting the film, teasing audiences by saying the production will have an “excellent script”.

“It’s just a scheduling matter, so we’re now setting a new start date. We’ll probably begin filming in about nine or ten months,” the actor told E! News.

Besides Andy Garcia, there is still no official information about who else—other than Clooney—will return for the sequel.

“Ocean’s Eleven” premiered in theaters in 2001 and has since had three more films released.

The latest, “Ocean’s 8”, came out in 2018 and starred Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Anne Hathaway and Awkwafina.
